Learn how to layer and juxtapose fragments of photographs, papers, fabrics and found objects in playful and discordant ways, and to add small stitched elements, to create contemporary mixed media collage artworks.

Learn safe and accurate paper cutting techniques. Learn to be confident using glues and stitched embellishments. Work with a variety of collage materials and techniques - play with colour, line, form and texture, and combine media. Develop your personal style. Be inspired by materials and processes, and develop layers of meaning in your work. Play with the surreal, the unexpected, reveal the hidden and create new worlds.
