A panel of crewel work embroidery using wool, metallic and cotton threads on linen twill, coordinates with chintz fabric. A mixture of threads is used to work a traditional design in a non traditional way. Practice samples of the stitches especially with similar threads if you are not familiar with them You will be given very detailed notes allowing you to concentrate on stitching in class with the knowledge you will have the information to finish the project.
